This application constitutes the contractual offer signed overleaf, addressed to Neonet. (hereafter called ‘The company’). to join as a freelance executive under the terms and conditions below

1. Any Citizen of India aged18 years or above can become an executive of Neonet.

2.The member should read and understandthe terms and conditions of the business opportunity correctly. This application formis considered as an authentic and binding legal document between the member and the company

3. The executive is an independent Business man.There is no agency and employment relationship with the company.

4. The joining package amount is inclusive of registration with product.

5. Once you become a member of the company, the amount you remitted on any account shall not be refunded for any reason

6. Confidential information like Business Associate’s performance, down lines, commission value, targets etc. are updated on the company website. Business Associates gain access to such information through a password.  However, Neonet shall not be responsible for any problem or consequences that may arise due to leakage of confidential information caused by disclosure of password by Business Associates to others.  If the password is forgotten, the Business Asociates must be write to the company requesting for a new pasword

7. The Company reserves the right to make any changes in content,description,range and formulation of the Products including any changes in the marketing system, compensation, plan, prices, policies and procedures from time to time.

8. The company has sole direction to accept/ reject the application.

9. The company will issue products from stock within 15days from the date of payment. Delivery charges, tax and stationary charges, statutory deductions and service charges must be paid by members.

10. Neonet shall not be held responsible for service delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond its operational controls and service delays.

11. Trimming is applicable if necessary.

12. The company will terminate the membership Without any notice for the violation of company’s Terms and conditions.

13. The member should submit his/her PAN card number to the company within one month from the date of joining. If the member fails to submit his/her PAN card number within one month, the company has the absolute right to cancel his/her membership with/without prior notice.

14. For any change in given address, the applicant is required to submit copies of documents providing his/her identity and address. This change of address should be submitted in a from together with prescribed free.

15.Dully filled registration from should be submitted to company office within 5 working days.

16. Any dispute between the members and the company with respect to this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction at Kochi.
